Inner City Christmas Displays & visits from Santa

Businesses put a lot of effort into creating attractive Christmas displays which enhance the inner city's festive atmosphere and are well worth viewing. The 2009 theme was Twinkle Twinkle Little Star a small selection of some of the windows are below.  The 2010 theme is Celebrating Napier.

Families also have the opportunity for a special visit to Santa around the Christmas period. Children can visit Santa at his base for a free photograph or catch him cruising the streets delivering good cheer and Christmas wishes to all.
