Spirit of Napier Awards 2012 - (Coming up November 7th)
These awards were first introduced by NICM in 2002 to acknowledge people who have made a significant and meaningful contribution to the development and direction of the inner city.
2011 Recipents:
In 2011 two awards were presented by Mayor Barabara Arnott & Napier Inner City Marketing Board Member Graham Bell at a ceremony on November 2nd.
