New Caterers for NZ's Longest Lunch
Plans are once again underway for the next Pask Winery Great Long Lunch on Sunday 6th March 2011. This will be the 11th anniversary of the event. 800 guests will be seated for New Zealand’s longest lunch at a table that stretches for over 200 metres, in the picturesque, seaside setting of Napier’s Marine Parade Gardens. Orton Catering has accepted our invitation to cater for 2011. The company has been at the forefront of the hospitality industry in Hawke’s Bay for over 25 years and has a history of catering for large events on location. The menu will be designed by Orton Catering’s head chef, Arnault Vallée who trained in France in a 2 star Michelin Restaurant. Five years ago he moved to Hawke’s Bay and joined Orton Catering.
The primary entertainment will be provided by Revival Corporation, a dynamic 5-piece live band which performed as a supporting act at this year’s Mission Concert.
