Advocacy

Maintain a watchdog overview of the inner city

- Establish relationships with key personnel that are mutually beneficial
- Maintain existing relationships that benefit stakeholders and the organisations
- Liaise with Ahuriri Business Association and other relevant business associations
Liaise to attract new business to the inner city
- Establish contact with key landlords
- Raise the profile of NICM
- Work closely with the Economic Development Unit, commercial real estate agents and managers of commercial enterprises
REPORTING COMMITMENT OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT

- Bi-annual report 6-monthly to Napier City Council on agreed performance criteria, which will include goals, strategies and actions - June and December.
